I’m glad you came to visit and I hope you will find inspiration for your life. I am Susan Conatser and I have served at a pastor’s wife for 40 years.  I’ve raised two amazing children while working in many roles of leadership.

There were many times during those years that I searched for encouragement and insight from the sisterhood of women who were experiencing the same challenges I faced.

At the same time, I didn’t feel I could reveal to anyone the deep loneliness and isolation being in a leadership role can produce. I didn’t always find the support I needed but did have some wonderful mentors and role models to inspire me.

My mission today is to create a community and resource for women in ministry roles. I want Nspire to be a place you can come to to find encouragement when you are facing challenges. A place for motivation and ideas to help you become a better leader. A resource to help you create a community of faith that is rich and flourishing for you.  Yes, there are problems to solve, obstacles to overcome and difficult people to deal with but you can do this and Nspire is here to help.
